Separate card terms exist for US and international users, so both are served; no eligible-country list is published. Purchases carry 0% APR, which the issuer states it may change with prior disclosure. Penalty fees are up to $40 for a late payment and up to $29 for a returned payment. Collateral sits in Kamino Finance contracts and backs a USDC credit line at published loan-to-value rates — 80% for USDT, 70% for cbBTC and wETH, 65% for SOL, 50% for jitoSOL — and can be partially liquidated if its value falls, which is a cost of the product that no fee table captures.
