These terms govern your use of FeeFloor. They’re written to be read, not to hide things in the fine print. By using the site you agree to them — the heart of it is simple: the numbers are informational estimates to help you compare, not advice and not a promise of what your trade will cost.

Who provides this service

FeeFloor is operated by FeeFloor(“we”, “us”). These terms apply to everyone who accesses the site. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use it.

The data is an estimate, not a guarantee

FeeFloor measures crypto trading costs — fee, spread and slippage — from live order books and published fee schedules, as described in the methodology. Those numbers are estimates of immediate execution cost at the moment of measurement. Markets move between measurement and your order; venues can change fees, apply funding or withdrawal costs outside our scope, or price differently by region. We don’t warrant that any figure is complete, current or error-free, and your actual fill may differ. Verify anything that matters against the exchange itself before you act on it.

Not financial advice

Nothing on FeeFloor is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to trade, or to use any particular exchange. We are not a broker, exchange or adviser and hold no customer funds. Cryptocurrency trading is high-risk and volatile, and you can lose some or all of your money. Any decision you make is your own; do your own research, and only trade what you can afford to lose and where it is legal for you to do so.

Some links to exchanges are affiliate links, which may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you and cannot change the cost rankings. This is set out in full in the affiliate disclosure, which forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Don’t scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the site or its data endpoints, or circumvent rate limits.
Don’t misrepresent our data as your own or strip its context when reusing it.
Don’t use the site for anything unlawful or in breach of an exchange’s own terms.

Intellectual property

The FeeFloor name, site design, written content and the compiled cost data are owned by FeeFloor or its licensors. You may read, share and link to our pages freely. If you want to reproduce our data or charts, a brief factual citation with a link to FeeFloor is welcome; wholesale copying of the dataset is not. Exchange names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Third-party sites

FeeFloor links to exchanges and other third-party sites we don’t control. We’re not responsible for their content, security, availability or how they treat you or your data. Once you leave FeeFloor, their terms and privacy practices apply, not ours.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FeeFlooris not liable for any loss or damage — including trading losses, lost profits, or costs from acting on a figure that turned out to be inaccurate or out of date — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the site evolves; the effective date above reflects the latest version, and continued use means you accept the current terms.
