Privacy policy

Effective July 2026

FeeFloor is designed to need almost nothing from you. There are no accounts, no sign-ups and no tracking cookies, and we don’t sell or share personal data. This page sets out the little that is processed when you use the site, and your rights over it.

Who is responsible

This site is operated by FeeFloor(“FeeFloor”, “we”, “us”), which is the data controller for the limited processing described here. For any privacy question or request, contact contact@feefloor.com.

What we do not collect

No accounts, logins or profiles — there is nothing to register.
No names, email addresses or payment details, unless you choose to email us.
No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and no data brokers.
No wallet connections, and no access to any exchange account.

What is processed, and why

Running any website involves some limited, mostly technical data. Here is all of it:

Cookieless analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand which pages are used and how fast they load. These are privacy-first and do not use cookies or build a cross-site profile of you; they record aggregated page events and performance metrics, not your identity.
Server and security logs. Like every web server, our host briefly processes your IP address and browser user-agent to deliver pages, guard against abuse, and apply rate limits to our data endpoints. This is used transiently for security and reliability and is not used to identify or profile you.
Email you send us. If you contact us, we keep your message and address only to reply and to follow up on a correction or enquiry.

The lawful basis for the analytics and security processing is our legitimate interest in running a reliable, well-functioning site and preventing abuse; for email, it is answering the request you have made.

Cookies

FeeFloor does not set advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no consent banner to click through. Any storage used is limited to what’s strictly necessary to serve the site and remember your own view settings on your device. If that ever changes, this page and a proper consent mechanism will change with it.

When you leave for an exchange

FeeFloor links out to cryptocurrency exchanges, many through affiliate links (see the affiliate disclosure). Once you follow a link, you are on that exchange’s own site, under its own privacy policy and terms — we have no control over and take no responsibility for how third parties handle your data. Review their policies before creating an account or depositing funds.

Third parties we rely on

Our hosting and analytics are provided by Vercel, which processes requests and aggregated analytics on our behalf as a processor. We don’t sell personal data, and we don’t share it except as needed to run the site or where the law requires it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under the EU/UK GDPR — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority. Because we hold almost nothing tied to your identity, most requests are simple. To exercise a right, email contact@feefloor.com.

Data retention

Aggregated analytics and performance data are retained by our provider for a limited period and aren’t tied to your identity. Security and server logs are kept only as long as needed for their purpose. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, then deleted.

Changes to this policy

We’ll update this page if our practices change and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be described in plain language rather than buried. This policy is effective as of July 2026.
